Services Intermediate Treatment Foster Care services are provided through CONCERN's Greater Berks, Lehigh Valley, Northeast, Southeast, and Susquehanna Valley offices. Intermediate Treatment Foster Care is available to direct referrals or youth already in care who no longer need the intensive support services of Treatment Foster Care. The children and youth in this program typically will not require mental health services. Foster parents are trained to work with the child to help him or her develop acceptable behaviors. The caseworker serves as the primary treatment support staff for both the child and foster family. |
