CONCERN currently seeking a Human Resource Director to join our Corporate office located in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania.
The Human Resource Director provides comprehensive, professional human resources support to the business operations, strategic management, and employees in the areas of employee relations, recruiting, new employee on-boarding, benefits and compensation, performance management, training and development and HR compliance.
Execute HR efforts that effectively communicate and support CONCERN’s mission and strategic vision/plan.
Provide input into HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
Function as a business partner to each program and/or department regarding key organizational and management issues.
Develop comprehensive recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
Execute comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for CONCERN.
Develop and maintain the Employee Handbook. Ensure adherence to procedures and policies across the organization.
Design, plan, and implement a company’s employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. Identify and analyze issues with employee relations infractions and provide recommendations for resolutions.
Guide department managers and employees throughout the performance management and goal setting process.
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR staff by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
Comply with all applicable regulations and CONCERN policies regarding employment and employment law.
Foster a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission outlined by the leadership of company.
Recruit, develop, lead, and direct HR team providing vision, direction, and oversight for employees to ensure continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the department. Provide employees with opportunities for professional growth and development, as appropriate, and ensure that employees are appropriately cross trained to ensure coverage for all key processes.
Create and update documentation of all processes.

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred, not required.

Pay and Benefits:
$75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
